Terms
Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order number. Prices are the ones shown on the site when you order.
The card message
The card message is written as you typed it. Please check it before you place the order.
Delivery
Cathy Florist delivers to the address you give on the day you choose. Ask about delivery to your area before you order if you are unsure.
Payment
You can pay with Paynow, or in the ways offered at checkout. A Paynow order is held until the payment is confirmed.
Cancelling
An unpaid order can be cancelled from your account until shortly before its delivery day. For anything else, email or call.
Flowers
Flowers are natural and seasonal. A piece may differ from its photograph in the exact stems used.
Welcome offer
A new account whose email address has been confirmed gets a discount on its first order paid online with Paynow, using the welcome code shown on the site and in the welcome email. It can be used once per account, not with another code, and not with cash on delivery or payment at a branch. The shop may change or end the offer; the amount shown at checkout is the amount applied.
Ratings and reviews
Only customers with an account can rate a piece, and only after an order of it has been delivered to them. A review shows your first name. The shop may hide a review that is abusive or not about the piece.
